- Take responsibility for annual marketing & communications plan, strategy and team
- Identify and plan differentiated and impactive marketing & communications strategies/materials
- Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing & communications team
- Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads
- Align marketing goals to business strategy
- Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports
- Work closely with the growth organization to align sales and marketing strategies
- Manage marketing & communications budget and expenditures
- Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels
- Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter-strategies
- Build long term relationships with employees, clients, government officials and stakeholders
- Develop and enhance communications messaging; channels and impact to ensure that the companies vision; events and relevant information is disseminated to the right people at the right time with the right message.
- Previous working experience as a Marketing Director for 15 year(s)
- MA degree in Marketing, Communication or similar relevant field
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Previously created and implemented successful marketing & communication vision & strategy
- Serve as a mentor/coach to MARCOMM team
- Able to multi-task in a flexible, fast-pace environment
- In depth knowledge of market research and market expansion
