- Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies that align with our company's goals and values.
- Graphic Design: Oversee the creation of visually stunning and effective design materials, including but not limited to logos, marketing collateral, websites, and social media content.
- Digital Communication: Lead the design and execution of digital communication programs, including email campaigns, social media visuals, and website design.
- Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of creative professionals, including designers and content creators, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines, maintain a high standard of quality, and resonate with our target audience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to integrate branding and design into overall business strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in branding and digital communication.
- Proficiency in design software, with expertise in at least one of the following: Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing your work in branding, graphic design, and digital communication.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in the healthcare or financial industry.
- Knowledge of industry-specific design trends and regulations.
- Familiarity with emerging design technologies and tools.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Director to lead our branding and graphic design initiatives, supporting our digital communication programs. This is a unique opportunity to shape the visual identity of a forward-thinking organization and make a significant impact on our industry. This role will be hybrid and will need to be local to our HQ in Tysons.
Role Overview: As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading our creative team in developing and executing branding strategies, graphic design initiatives, and digital communication programs.
