    About the Opportunity

    This is an opportunity for a highly-skilled Manager for an established residential real estate brokerage firm. The individual should be an articulate professional with a passion for delivering and ensuring excellent customer service. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy real estate office environment, are paramount. Candidates must be team players who take initiative and are detail-oriented, with problem-solving experience. Strong communication skills are also essential.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Answering phones and handling client inquiries
    • Conduct introductory rental & sales phone conversations with clients
    • Prepare traffic reports
    • Compile and update open house Information
    • Assign clients to our associates and managing calendars
    • Support our agents with managing residential deals and processing paperwork
    • Educate customers on the rental process
    • Establish/build rapport and interacting with agents and landlords
    • Participate in recruiting and training and assisting with business development projects
    • Work closely with assistant manager, listings manager, and executive assistant
    • Participate in weekly management meetings
    • Ensure a top-notch customer experience
    • Organize and maintain files and calendars
    • Day-to-day management functions

    Qualifications:

    • Valid NY State Real Estate license is required
    • Must have significant Manhattan residential real estate experience
    • 4 year college degree required
    • Strong values and high ethics
    • Winning "can do" attitude
    • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
    • Commitment to provide excellent customer service
    • Strong computer skills
    • Superior phone etiquette
    • Ability to demonstrate good judgment
    • Responsiveness - fast-paced industry
    • A warm & friendly demeanor

    Compensation & Benefits

    100-125K base salary
