- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and weekly call quotas by developing relationships with key practitioners and implementing key strategies to acquire new business
- Commit to ongoing training on all products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met
- Engage with sales team through weekly calls and bi-yearly meetings
- Receive coaching from your Regional Manager through weekly calls and monthly performance reviews
- Maintain administrative standards with inventory, call logs, sampling, and expenses
- Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- A bachelor's degree or high school diploma is preferred
- You must have driver's license and reliable vehicle
