    Overview


    Under the supervision of the President & General Manager (GM), the employee will provide administrative assistance to the GM and Operation Managers.

    The employee will also assist in other departments as directed.

    Responsibilities


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Provide administrative support to President & GM and operations managers
    • Track rig performance and operational status
    • Communicate with rigs regarding rig status and operations
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations and other documents
    • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
    • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
    • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings both internal and external
    • Establishes a professional rapport with public and customers
    • Prepare draft communication to external parties
    • Ability to travel to remote locations as required
    • Perform other duties as required

    Qualifications


    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Minimum three years of executive assistant experience
    • Advanced in Microsoft Office Programs

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Associate degree
    • Experience in oil & gas industry

    SUPERVISION:

    • This position supervises the receptionist

    WORKING CONDITIONS
    The work is generally sedentary, requiring routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing less than forty pounds.


    WORKING ENVIRONMENT


    The majority of work is performed in a professional office setting with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities and abilities.
