- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks, including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments for multiple stakeholders, preparing and delivering confidential correspondences, and responding to internal, external and customer requests timely.
- Uses current office applications and technologies to create and edit a variety of presentations, reports, documents and correspondence.
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between internal and external partners as well as our customers; builds relationships to gain trust and support.
- Keeps team well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately, and helping to keep a pulse on existing or potential issues.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion.
- Supports other members of functional staff as needed to establish a network of coverage.
- Coordinates meetings, prepares agendas, performs set up for web-based meetings, organizes pre-meeting materials/information, and takes minutes. Tracks follow-up items for various meetings.
- On occasion may be asked to work outside of standard working hours, as needed.
- Other duties as may be assigned, including special projects.
- 2 – 4 years of progressive administrative support experience
- Must have excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have strong organizational, planning, time management and follow-up skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in Microsoft Teams, Planner and Flow a plus
- Ability to work independently without close supervision
- Ability to handle highly confidential information
- Ability to coordinate activities and tasks including meeting strict deadlines
- Ability to take and transcribe formal meeting minutes
- Ability to research and resolve issues within the scope of the position
- Ability to communicate with all levels of customer and business unit management

Summary
Provides direct administrative support to Account Operations Executive as well as other leaders on the account. Displays a professional and polished demeanor and exhibits an exceptional commitment to accuracy, detail, and follow-up. The incumbent will handle confidential information and exercise sound judgment and discretion. Works on problems of diverse scope requiring analysis and critical thinking. Extensive experience working with a variety of stakeholders such as employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.

The pay range for this position is $46,800 - $66,900 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
