- Identify, categorize, and resolve incidents and requests, ensuring timely response
- Manage incident and request tickets throughout their lifecycle
- Engage in customer relationship management activities with mission partners
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to coordinate actions
- Ensure compliance with processes, procedures, and program requirements
- Provide detection and reporting of cyber, physical, and communications threats
- Analyze and report on cyber, physical, and communications incident trends
- Conduct initial analysis of potential threat activities and recommend remediation actions
- Interact with the government service desk lead on operational issues
- Facilitate effective response to mission partners inside and outside the organization
- Enhance the quality, productivity, and culture of the service desk environment
- Coordinate incident and service request distribution
- Ensure smooth shift transitions through effective procedures
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience or a Master's degree and 3 years of experience; additional experience can substitute for a degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a WATCH Operations Center or Security Operations Center (SOC)
- Understanding of customer service techniques
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
- Security+ certification required
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance w/ SCI
- Experience in a customer service-oriented environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with Remedy and ServiceNOW ticketing suite
- Exceptional communication skills
