    Description
    Due to our growth we are currently seeking a Sales Manager.

    You will have the opportunity to develop and manage a team of territory based sales representatives in our growing downtown Denver branch.

    You will also be responsible for working with the recruiting team to interview and hire and oversee training for your team.

    You will help your team promote all products and solutions to new and current clients through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referral sources.

    You will be responsible for attending meetings with your team members, ensuring their understanding of programs and accountability for results.

    You will be responsible for Account Management and achieving expected business results on a weekly and monthly basis.

    You will be responsible for training for your team for:

    knowledge for selling all solutions, introducing new products, offering sales promotions, helping to resolve customer issues, contract negotiation and submission, and account documentation.


    The position offers a compensation package between $90,000- $250,000 which is uncapped and includes a competitive base plus commission and monthly and quarterly bonuses as well as multiple contests throughout the year, incentive trips, opportunities to attend professional sporting events, and a full fringe benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO and holidays and a 401k with a generous company match.

    Sales representatives also receive a vehicle allowance and a smart phone reimbersement for company business.

    Requirements


    We are looking for a high energy professional in the document solutions industry who has a proven track record of success managing a territory, mentoring others, and exceeding expected business results.

    This person must have current experience working in the document solutions industry in a Sales or Sales Management position.

    We're looking for someone who can lead a team, someone who is positive and self-motivated and a good problem solver.

    • We promote from within and have multiple office locations in Colorado, Wyoming, Kansas and Arizona.
    • We're looking for candidates who have a strong desire to work in a customer focused sales environment with strong time management and problem solving skills.


    Candidates must successfully pass a criminal background check prior to hire and Sales candidates must have a valid Driver License.
