    Barcelona Wine Bar is warm and welcoming. Inspired by the culture of Spain, our ever-changing menu focuses on clean flavors, seasonal ingredients, specialties from Spain and the Mediterranean, and rustic small-plate presentations. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations in our restaurant in the Cathedral Heights neighborhood.

    Role Description

    Our General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, fostering rewarding guest experiences, maintaining quality standards, and driving financial performance. As the driver of the restaurant's operations and culture, we expect that our General Manager will also collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategies for growth and success.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in restaurant management in a high-volume restaurant setting
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to drive financial results and meet budgets
    • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends
    • Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
