Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

The team is responsible for new business revenue generation monthly and works to achieve these on an individual and team level. Account Executives are equipped with extensive training in , sales process management, business development and more.
Compensation Summary:
The first year's earnings potential ranges from $53,000 - $90,000, varying based on performance. Our compensation package slightly varies by agency but offers uncapped new business commissions and renewal commissions year-over-year. Renewal commissions provide passive earnings and can exponentially increase your annualized income. Additionally, top performers can qualify for an annual President's Cub trip.
