- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies and engagement methods to attract top talent.
- Develop comprehensive sourcing plans, understanding role requirements to pinpoint target candidate profiles.
- Be self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
- Collaborate closely with both the recruiting team and hiring managers, ensuring alignment in strategies and meeting hiring goals.
- Drive talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis to ensure a robust and competitive talent pipeline.
- Engage candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a balanced approach that prioritizes both the recruiting process and candidate experience.
- Regularly manage pipeline activity, uphold data integrity, and proactively share data-driven updates with internal stakeholders and TA leaders.
- Lead meetings and initiatives that aim to improve and scale our recruiting operations and processes continuously.
- Forge meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders, including Recruiting, HR, Operations, and Hiring teams.
- Own the offer process, from extending offers to negotiations and closing, ensuring a seamless experience for future employees.
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, either with a search firm or in-house team, including sourcing and building candidate pipelines.
- 2+ years experience in Technical, Engineering and/or IT recruitment.
- Proficiency in sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems (Fandom uses Greenhouse), data management, reporting techniques, and software collaboration tools.
- Experience fostering partnerships with internal leadership and executive teams.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and stakeholder relationships.
- A strong commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring strategies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Greenhouse and/or G-Suite experience.
- Experience executing advanced sourcing techniques (boolean, x-ray, github, CIR, etc.)
