NetImpact Strategies is seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, coupled with hands-on experience in implementing and customizing SPM modules to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with federal client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to support Strategic Portfolio Management processes and workflows.
Implement best practices for ServiceNow development, including adherence to coding standards, version control, and documentation.
Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to ServiceNow applications post-implementation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and other developers, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with specific experience in SPM modules such as Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, and Resource Management.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Client Script, Business Rule, UI Policy, etc.) and ServiceNow APIs.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
Experience working in a federal environment and familiarity with federal security and compliance requirements.
Federal Consulting Industry Experience Preferred
