Description

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Office of Information Technology (OIT) - Application Development Division (ADD) has a requirement for Flexible Agile Scalable Team (FAST) to support multiple Agile teams to support Agile design, development, and sustainment of human capital systems for all TSA employees. This project covers the implementation and support for TSA's human capital systems.

Responsibilities

As a ServiceNow HRSD developer, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting changes in ServiceNow HRSD. Working closely with customers, business analysts and process consultants, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with business and IT strategies. In this role, you will collaborate with team members across teams within an agile framework and you must communicate clearly and effectively with other team members and customer stakeholders.

Required

Career level with a complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts. Working under only general direction, provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Minimum 5 years' experience + bachelor's degree or equivalent (Associate degree +2 years' experience; 6 years' experience; or relevant professional certification); Successful completion of higher education which has not resulted in a degree may be counted as one year of experience.

Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, 3+ years; or experience with any module in ServiceNow, 5+ years.
ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist.
Experience working in agile teams, including responsibility for pointing user stories, 3+ years.
Experience with technical solution design, including building technical documentation, 5+ years.
Experience leading technical or development teams, 2+ years.
Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experience
Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Preferred

Agile certification, preferably with SAFe.
Experience with ServiceNow platform administration, 2+ years.
Experience with building ServiceNow integrations (SOAP/REST), 2+ years.
Experience with enterprise design thinking, 2+ years.
Federal Consulting Industry Experience Preferred
