    In This Position, Youll BeProviding customer service via email and phone.
    Helping customers find that ah-ha moment through the investigation, troubleshooting, and solving of any technical issues they face.

    Contributing to the growth of our sites through on-site and email content management (writing, proofreading, and uploading various content - including sermons and articles).Interacting with churches and pastors around the world who contribute to our websitesMaintaining & analyzing sales reports and customer trends.

    Learning & helping manage an ever-evolving technology stack and apps to optimize customer experienceWe Are Looking for Candidates WhoHave strong organization skills & attention to detailAre able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-pace environmentCan communicate clearly and effectivelyCan work independently or as part of a team, whether in-person or remotelyAre great at not only solving problems, but identifying themHave the ability to interact others with empathy, integrity, and a high level of professionalismExperience with website administration system, CMS, helpdesk software or willingness to learn a variety of technology platformsWhat You Can Expect from UsBusiness casual & friendly atmosphereCompetitive compensation with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) w/ employer match.
