SummaryAll Native Group is looking to fill the position of Contracts Specialist. This is an intermediate position supporting federal contracting personnel in the full spectrum of contracts, compliance and administration. This position will provide contracting support to contract managers as well as company subsidiaries and divisions.Essential FunctionsProvides specialize support for assignments in the functional areas of contracting such as:
Government contractingNon-Disclosure AgreementsTeaming AgreementsPrime contract award processes (FFP, CPFF, T&M, IDIQ, Etc.)
SubcontractsAll contract modifications to the aboveContract and Purchase Order Close OutProcurement Package reviewCost/Price AnalysisData Management SupportProcurement Automation SupportMaintain accurate and thorough contract recordsDraft Subcontracts, Vendor Agreements, Consulting Agreements, Independent Consulting Agreements, Inter-Company Agreements, Letter of Intent, and other contractual documents pertinent to Operations support under the oversight and mentorship of a higher-level Contract Specialist or Contracts ManagerEnsure compliance of management contracts with regulatory and organization requirements set out by ANG, the FAR, and all FAR supplemental regulationsAn important component to this position if the understanding and use of the Federal Acquisition Regulations and requirements of clause flow-downs from prime contract to subcontracts and how it will affect performanceStatus and contract review meetings with the oversight and assistance of higher-level Contract Specialist or Contracts Manager will be required to keep the data flow moving on the pending contract or compliance actionsAttendance, ability to manage multiple assignments and meeting deadlines are indispensable elements to the success of the Shared Services ObjectivesThis position would provide guidance to entry-level compliance administrator or intern positions.
This position is an important liaison between the areas of contracts, compliance and qualityCompetenciesAttentional to detail, proofreading, and extensive writing tasks will be requiredProblem solving abilities and analytical thinking will be required in order to work around unforeseen issuesExcellent Communication skills (Oral, presentation and written)Supervisory ResponsibilityNone required for this positionWork EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend hours required, as required by business need.TravelTravel is expected up to 10% of the time for this position.
