    Senior Structural Engineer

    We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Senior Structural Engineer to lead our client's engineering initiatives towards new heights of innovation and excellence.

    Focus:


    Lead structural engineering tasks such as structural analysis, design, and detailing for various projects, ranging from small restorations to major new constructions.

    Coordinate and manage the preparation and delivery of submissions and presentations to relevant local authorities, utilities, and planning boards.
    Conduct thorough site investigations to document conditions and assess structural requirements.
    Review and complete design calculations and assist in drawing and specification preparation.
    Manage project planning and interdisciplinary coordination to ensure high-quality engineering outcomes.
    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
    Address technical issues during construction, offering effective solutions to ensure project success.
    Drive business growth by maintaining client relationships, seeking new opportunities, creating proposals, and representing the firm externally.


    Skill Set:
    Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
    7+ years of experience in structural engineering, with significant project leadership and design experience.
    Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
    Proficiency in various structural analysis software.
    Deep understanding and application of local code requirements.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask and consistently meet deadlines.
    Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural design software is a must.
