    Description
    General Description: Serve as a strong nationwide resource for Personal Risk or Select Employees Benefits and Commercial Lines sales associates. Utilize Microsoft Dynamics customer relationship management (CRM) system to support sales team. Drive efficiency with sales generation and ensure customer retention through various marketing channels.

    Responsibilities:
    • Support sales management team for applicable lines of business. Ensure stages/forecast are accurate.
    • Provide Microsoft Dynamics CRM system training for newly hired/acquired sales associates.
    • Complete quality opportunity assignments for newly hired/acquired sales associates.
    • Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM system to ensure accurate data. Merge duplicate records, reassign terminated sales associates' Opportunities, and complete data management requests. Verify Opportunity Stage coincides with recorded Appointments and Wins.
    • Verify new business wins in Microsoft Dynamics CRM aligns with agency management system. Provide tracking of all initiatives within CRM.
    • Act as Microsoft Dynamics CRM subject matter expert and provide updates to sales associates. Includes procedural changes, advancement, developing workflows, and lead management.
    • Execute office marketing strategies to create value for customers/prospects to generate sales. Includes pre-event and post-event webinar strategies, support and communication of marketing initiatives, and managing the creation and distribution of webinar material.
    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • 3-5 years of experience providing sales and/or marketing support. Administrative and insurance experience preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Proven ability to manage projects and drive adherence to procedures.
    • Technical ability and experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM system preferred. Other CRM system experience a plus.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Organized self-starter. Ability to handle multiple priorities with firm deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment. Must be able to adapt to immediate needs of sales associates and management.
    • Detail oriented with ability to diagnose and resolve issues.
    Physical Demands:

    Work is performed in a climate-controlled office environment with minimal noise and limited to no exposure to chemicals or toxins. Employees operate office equipment including telephone - headset, computer, computer monitors, keyboard, and mouse. Physical tasks of job include walking, sitting, standing, and bending.

    Analysis of Physical Demands:
    • Constantly (over 66% of time) work performed requires employees to use repetitive hand motions such as typing, using a keyboard, and sitting at a desk.
    • Frequently (34%-66% of time) work performed requires employees to handle and grasp things, walk on normal surfaces, stand, and bend.
    • Occasionally (1%-33% of time) work performed requires employees to walk on uneven or slippery surfaces to and from work and occasionally reach outward to grab things and bend.
    • Rarely (< than 1 hour per week) work performed requires lifting/carrying items that range from 10-50lbs, pushing/pulling items that range from 10-50lbs, twisting/turning including reaching over shoulder or above head, kneeling or squatting.
