About the Role LexisNexis Marketing is an outcomes-focused Marketing team, responsible for driving new revenue across our portfolio of print and eBook products.
Our team is agile, collaborative, and high performing.Responsibilities:
Create marketing content and lead creative needs discussion with teammates, coordinate and execute against campaign and tactical plans.
Ability to effectively and efficiently use a variety of resources and tools to execute marketing and sales support tactics.
Own reporting and analysis on account-based marketing programs, including metrics aligned to campaign effectiveness, eCommerce orders, lead generation, and ROI.
Test, measure, and optimize programs and tactics on an ongoing basis to meet and exceed goals.Forge strong partnerships with Marketing team colleagues, Editorial, Customer Support, and Product Management teams to drive outcomes together.
Partner closely with the Sales Team to ensure Marketing is providing innovative, revenue generation, and cross-sell programs to achieve Marketing and Sales goals.
Knowledge & Skills :
Must have a positive and flexible attitude for working in a fast-paced environment and be able to build strong relationships across various departments and functions.
Project, budget, and time management skills in the context of handling multiple marketing campaigns, priorities, and tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a variety of roles, from graphic designers to sales representatives.
Ability to work autonomously, in a virtual work environment, while maintaining connectivity with our Team. Strong analytical skills and ability to strategize and analyze program effectiveness and ROI.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and/or 2+ years' experience including but not limited to copywriting, email marketing, social media marketing, digital advertising, and direct mail marketing.

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
