    As our Marketing Content Specialist, you'll be the architect behind our brand's narrative across all channels.

    From sizzling social media posts to captivating website content, insightful blogs to zingy email campaigns - you'll ensure our messaging always hits the mark.

    Your words will educate, inspire, and get people clicking.

    About You:
    You live and breathe content creation, with experience developing on-brand, multi-channel marketing content that engages audiences
    You have an innate knack for distilling complex ideas into simple, brilliant copy that sells
    Adaptability is your superpower - you can easily adjust your tone and style for different platforms and audiences
    You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
    You're a wordsmith AND a growth marketer, using analytics to continuously optimize and enhance content performance
    You understand SEO and web traffic inside-out, crafting content that delights search engines
    Ideally, you have 3-5 years of experience in content marketing or a related creative field

    Physical Demands:

    Requirements:


    Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSA):
    Exceptional copywriting skills with keen attention to detail.
    Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing strategies.
    Ability to juggle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    Proficiency in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
    Extensive experience in creating high-quality marketing content.
    Ability to research and synthesize knowledge on diverse topics.
    Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
    Comprehensive understanding of impactful marketing tactics.
    Familiarity with Hubspot or similar marketing automation platforms.

    Education & Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. Relevant education and experience will be considered.
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing content creation.
    Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
