Role:
The marketing specialist will be a creative and analytical thinker responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategies.
This role requires wearing multiple hats, as you'll be involved in a variety of tasks, from digital marketing campaigns to event planning and market research.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, ready to take on challenges with a proactive and results-oriented approach.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities.
Oversee and manage all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, blogs, emails, and social media) to ensure brand consistency.
Generate engaging content for various platforms to attract and retain customers. This includes writing, editing, and ensuring that all content aligns with our voice and brand standards.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.
Optimize website content, target keywords, and use Google Analytics and other relevant sites to drive traffic to company pages.
Plan, organize, and execute events and sponsorships to promote brand awareness.
Develop and implement strategies for engaging with customers through various channels, to ensure a positive customer experience and build brand loyalty.
Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of company goals, as seen through marketing efforts, and to gather necessary information for campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
Experience with content management systems, email marketing services, and social media platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Travel
May be required to travel to various locations (
