    SUMMARY

    The Human Resources Coordinator position involves assisting with HR policies and procedures related to compensation, benefits, payroll, performance, and talent management. The role includes interaction with doctors, management, and staff to ensure company compliance with employment laws.

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Generating reports for bonus, commission, and performance reviews.
    • Cross-training in benefits and payroll for backup support.
    • Ensuring completion and filing of new hire documentation.
    • Managing unemployment claims and conducting exit interviews.
    • Addressing team member inquiries on policies, procedures, and benefits.
    • Assisting in tracking legal requirements and government regulations.
    • Supporting New Employee Orientation as needed.

    REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred.
    • 2+ years experience in HR areas such as benefits, compensation, and talent management.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Experience with HRIS/Payroll software (e.g., ADP, Ceridian).
    • Experience in a corporate business setting will be beneficial.
