Now Hiring: Bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist at Ronpak's Mira Loma, CA plant plays a crucial role in providing HR guidance and support to plant management. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day HR operations such as payroll processing, recruitment, benefits administration, performance management, and more. This position also supports the Food Safety and Quality team in maintaining SQF certification.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage HR functions including recruitment, compensation, employee safety, and services.
  • Process weekly payroll accurately and oversee employee onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS accuracy.
  • Stay informed on legal and regulatory developments.
  • Drive effective communication between employees and management.
  • Collaborate with plant managers to align HR plans with operational goals.
  • Contribute to developing an employee-oriented, high-performance culture.
  • Ensure adherence to worker's compensation requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years' experience in HR role.
  • Proficiency in payroll processing and HRIS software.
  • Knowledge of payroll laws.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
  • Bilingual language skills a plus.
