Reynolds Resorts is a resort owner/operator with 300 employees in season in various locations thrpoughout California. The workplace is an office on Dana Point/laguna Beach border. The position is overseen by the in house accountant.


Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team.

We have remote locations throughout California and this is primarily payroll processing from submitted data, maintain employee records, compliance, and EDD.

No remote work please. This is an immediate position relocating would not be timely.- Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy ADP knowledge

• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment labor laws

Requirements:

ADP experience- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures

• Familiarity with payroll systems and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
