    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal Assistant to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support our legal staff in various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations within the firm.

    Duties:

    Assist in legal research and preparation of legal documents
    - Manage and organize case files, documents, and evidence
    - Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses
    - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in legal case management systems
    - Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
    - Transcribe legal proceedings and correspondence
    - Support attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings
    - Utilize document management systems efficiently

    Requirements:

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    - Proficiency in project management to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
    - Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
    - Experience with legal research methods and resources
    - Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
    - Familiarity with contracts, agreements, and legal forms
