Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving issues, ensuring optimal performance, and helping users navigate the applications effectively.

Candidates must be able to come on site in the Philadelphia area 4 days per year on their own.

Required:
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong Customer service skills
