    Here's what you can expect as a Senior TA Manager at DaVita:

    • TEAM: you will lead a remote group of Talent Acquisition Partners (aka recruiters). Your ability to motivate, inspire and drive accountability of your team will be essential.
    • PERFORMANCE: you will be responsible to workforce plan and execute on the hiring demand for your assigned market ensuring we can effectively staff our clinics to take care of nephrology patients
    • PARTNERS: you will have a collaborative TA leadership team and HR partners to leverage in driving your performance success and delivering service excellence to your stakeholders.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Leading remote teammates
    • Sharing effective hiring solutions across the function to elevate the broader team
    • Defining and delivering the clinical and manager level hiring demand
    • Coaching, shadowing and elevating the delivery of TA Partners
    • Building overall TA strategy in partnership with your direct leader
    • Track team performance and results
    • Use data to share TA performance, market intelligence and influence TA strategy to meet hiring demand

    Salary/ Wage Range

    $91, $133,700.00 / year

    Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
