Responsibilities:

  • Consultation and provision of orthopedic aids
  • Processing orders prescription billing and cashier duties
  • Scheduling (pre and postprocessing)
  • Correspondence via mail, email, and fax with customers and business partners
  • Procurement of goods and related processes
  • Documentation, maintenance of master data and files

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed training in the field of medical supply, healthcare, physiotherapy, or as a medical assistant
  • Organized, independent, and responsible work ethic
  • Sense of responsibility and team spirit
  • Enjoyment of communication and interacting with customers
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
