Your profile

  • Completed commercial training
  • Experience in sales or inside sales
  • Technical understanding, preferably in the field of call systems
  • Proficient in using an ERP system
  • Independent, structured, and meticulous work style
  • Customeroriented mindset
  • Fluent in German (C2)

Your challenge
Your main focus will be on customer support via phone and email. You will work closely with the sales team, service department, and production.

  • You are the central point of contact for our partners, responsible for the entire order process
  • Creating and tracking offers
  • Handling complaints
  • Product consultation
  • Maintaining master data in the inventory management system
