Compass Health Center is seeking anAssociate Director of Adult Virtual Daytime PHP/IOP Program.
This is a full-time position that is Monday through Friday with the specific schedule based on program needs. This will be a fully remote position.
What you'll do
Assist Program Directors, Senior Director, and SVP in overseeing quality of care in virtual PHP and IOP programs
Assist Program Directors, Senior Director, and SVP in implementing and adhering to workflows and processes associated with the Compass Key Initiatives
Manage clinical team of 5-10 group therapists
Review PowerBI Dashboard regularly to assess progress toward goals and KPIs
Conduct and document intakes of new patients to the program
Field calls regarding possible intakes and collaborate with front office staff on scheduling intakes
Meet with patients individually to assess and chart progress of treatment
Assess patient's progress and need for higher level of care, step down or discharge
Guide discharge planning with treatment team to ensure continuity of care
Provide virtual and phone coaching to parents and patients
Engage in frequent communication and collaboration with team members via rounds, Aura notes, emails, and ongoing communication
Coordinate care with patient's outside providers via telehealth platform, phone and email to ensure continuity of care
Provide virtual group, individual, and family therapy, as needed
Aid in crisis management
Ensure that all documentation and data are tracked/completed in an accurate and timely manner
Oversee initial and continuing insurance needs of patients through frequent communication with Utilization Review Team
Provide clinical supervision for staff working toward licensure, as approved by Program Director
Support Program Director in assessing team needs and facilitating adult-specific professional development
Ensure that all adult program activities are aligned with Compass values and mission statement
Support virtual Adult team in ensuring that issues related to liability/ethics (e.g., mandated reporting, patient complaints) are addressed quickly and appropriately
Ensure that virtual programs adhere to all policies and procedures
Effectively coordinate with other Compass programs and departments
Coordinate community outreach (ex:
provide trainings, cultivate referral sources, conduct tours)
Actively engage in Adult virtual program development and expansion
Participate in interviews with Program Director, as needed
Meet with Program Director on a regular basis for supervision/consultation
Support Program Director, Senior Director, and SVP with projects related to new state expansion and launch of new programs
Who you are
Licensed Doctorate Level Psychologist or Masters Level Clinician
Clinical experience conducting assessments, individual, family or group therapy experience
Knowledge and experience of group dynamics utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as well as other empirically supported treatments.
Program development and implementation experience
Experience supervising therapists, both licensed and seeking licensure
Excellent time management
Ability to juggle multiple demands simultaneously in a fast paced and changing environment
