- Implement and oversee the RCSA program, including annual attestation and effective challenge
- Develop and maintain ORM taxonomies, tools, and methodologies
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the 1st Line of Defense
- Assist in developing training and awareness programs for effective RCSA program adoption
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in RCSA for Financial Institutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and previous experience with GRC tools
- Experience with mapping complex processes and identifying control points
- Knowledge of Consumer Lending products and processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

This role involves working closely with key business stakeholders and other risk program owners in executing the RCSA program across Discover Financial Services (DFS). Job Description:
As the RCSA Principle, you will be responsible for managing the RCSA program, developing operational risk taxonomies, and supporting the identification of risks and controls within the company. Your role will also involve overseeing process management, reporting, and ensuring compliance with the ORM framework.
