We are currently seeking a full-time Assistant for Services and Customer Support (m/f/d) to join our team in Aichach. Our innovative products and systems contribute to sustainable construction and protect buildings, infrastructure, and the environment. Key Responsibilities:

As part of the product management team, you will play an important role in the support of our innovative products.

Your main tasks will include:

Complaint management: You will handle technical complaints and manage customer communication, as well as coordinate our service providers.
Customer service: You will provide telephone customer advice and support in the service sector.
Order processing: Your responsibilities will also include managing services in close cooperation with sales and external technicians. This includes coordinating internal processes and ensuring delivery deadlines are met.
Documentation: You will support product management in data management and take on additional administrative tasks.
