Description

We are currently seeking a Calculation Clerk (m/f/d) for our clients, a successful nationwide facility services company, as part of a direct placement.

Piening GmbH is a second-generation family-owned company with over 40 years of industry experience and is one of the top 12 staffing agencies in Germany with approximately 90 locations and 400 employees.

Your responsibilities:

Review and summarize performance descriptions, contract texts, and offer conditions
Processing or creating Excel spreadsheets
Recording of surcharge evaluations and systems
Calculation of customer inquiries
Implementation of order changes for customers in Excel spreadsheets

Your profile:

Strong mathematical understanding
Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Office products
High sense of responsibility, commitment, flexibility, and structured work approach
Accurate, independent, and solutionoriented work
