- Communicate with clients providing legal advice and set legal strategies to help clients determine the best possible outcome for transactions and legal concerns.
- Attend client meetings for strategy and case assessment.
- Assist clients in determining solutions to business and legal conflicts.
- Attend meetings and review/approve/finalize non-attorney work.
- Create legal documents including correspondence, contracts, agreements, negotiations, and proceedings.
- Manage the office of the Chairman and supervise non-attorney matters in maintaining calendars and deadlines.
- Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA), preferred, not required
- Effective communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Successful completion of the bar exam
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
- Proven leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Capable networker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
- NY/NJ Bar license preferred
- Flexible schedule/availability, weekends not required
