Junior Energy Transactions Associate

Location:
Houston, New York, or Washington D.C.

Salary:
$225,000 to $250,000
A leading AM Law 200 firm seeks an attorney with 2-3 years of experience in Energy & Infrastructure transactions.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the New York, District of Columbia Bar, or Texas Bar (active and in good standing)
23 years of experience with Energy & Infrastructure transactions
Experience in financing and/or private M&A transactions.
Strong writing and communication skills
Experience in project and energy financing, energy and infrastructure M&A, tax equity, or IRA credit (preferred)

The expected salary for this position is $225,000 to $250,000, depending on experience. The firm offers a comprehensive compensation package, including benefits in a collegial working environment that offers training and mentorship.

Pay:
$225, $295,000.00 per year
