    Job Description

    A family-owned company is currently seeking a Registration Coordinator for a full-time temporary to permanent position in Raynham, MA.


    Responsibilities of Registrations Coordinator:

    • Collect demographic and insurance coverage information over multiple medias
    • Receive all required documentation from clients
    • Enter collected information and documents into computer system
    • Review patient s insurance eligibility
    • Advise patient on co pays, co insurance, deductibles etc
    • Answer client questions regarding billing policies and processes
    • Verify insurance for all sales orders
    • Gather all necessary paperwork for worker s compensation coverage and verify coverage
    • Maintain a working knowledge of insurance plans, contractual relationships, and insurance mergers and acquisitions.
    • Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately as needed
    • Resolve discrepancies in received orders
    • Perform other related tasks as assigned
    Requirements of Registration Coordinator

    • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Possess knowledge of medical insurances
    • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Superior attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Good organizational and prioritizing skills
    • Ability to multi task
    • Reliable and professional in demeanor
    Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday


    Pay Rate:
    $19.00-$21.50/hr
