Iris's client, a large insurance company, is currently searching for a strong for Business Analyst based in Newark, NJ to join their team.

Our client has offices all over the world and has the global reach, advisory services and distribution power to meet the needs of issuers and investors worldwide.

Job title: Business Analyst

Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid 2 to 3 days)

Duration: 24 months

Skills: BA with Experience in Commercial Real Estate applications

Job description:

to evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, identify process improvements, and developing and solutions.
requirements analysis and documentation of the processes and results.
findings and recommendations to stakeholders to enable proactive business decisions
Communication Skills: Conducting meetings and presentations to business and management for sharing insights, plans and ideas.
user acceptance testing of enhancements and system solutions.
production support and issues resolution,
implementing, and maintaining procedures.
initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
planning and tracking of resources, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of project tasks.

Business Analyst Qualifications:

minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
data analytics, organizational and conceptual thinking skills.
documentation skills.
to multi-task between functional areas to support the business.
creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
track record of following through on commitments.
planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Jira, and Power Query a plus.
with Business Objects or equivalent query type software not limited to SQL, PostgreSQL.
competency in Data Analysis and committed to data.
with Commercial Real Estate applications not limited to Yardi, MRI, Kardin, RealPage, DealPath, VTS is a plus.
with other applications not limited to Salesforce, Business Central (NAV), Cloud applications is a plus
Real Estate experience and/or private equity experience is a plus
