THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it
The Casino Business Operations Analyst will work closely with the Business Operations Senior Manager to support FanDuel Casino's operational strategy and act as liaison with the various stakeholders to ensure alignment across the organization - e.g.
At the same time, the casino business operations analyst will be responsible for monitoring the game performance, spotting trends/criticalities and reporting periodically to the leadership team.
THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Work to provide support for product function including business cases, insights, and help to understand key drivers of business performance
- Create, modify, and evolve processes and procedures to support negotiations, provide additional context to key stakeholders (internal and external), and better understand daytoday performance of various KPIs
- Monitor the business performance, key drivers and trends, and report regularly to the leadership team
- Understand the FanDuel casino customer experience end to end (e.g., game rules and strategy, jackpots, RTP, UX, promos, CS) and work to make further improvements to raise the bar for customer experience across the business
- Create and maintain automated reporting processes visible to groupwide teams
- Participate in presentations focused on using analysis to drive better business outcomes
- Field and fulfill requests for various business inquiries
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial/ product/ marketing/analytics/customer intelligence/VIP is preferable
- Understanding of gaming industry, knowledge around gaming KPIs & targets a huge plus
- Strategic Mindset: takes a longterm view and anticipates future trends and implications
- Outstanding Collaborator: is a team player works with the team and stakeholders across the organization to get things done
- Strong business acumen, specifically in written communication & explanation of important details to internal & external audiences
- Eager to drive continuous improvement, flexible to challenge issues/opportunities
- Excellent organizational skills and strong eye for detail
- Passionate about casino/online gaming
