- Develops, evaluates, and implements pricing strategies and models based upon current business and market dynamics.
- Partners with Sales/Marketing, Business Development and Finance to correctly position product portfolio and establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements.
- Address issues and concerns raised by steady state clients relating to pricing arrangements
- Evaluates opportunities to monetize products, or to create upsell opportunities as products are repositioned in the marketplace.
- Create reports reflecting metrics and project status, objectives, and barriers
- Creates/administers pricing databases and coordinates implementation of pricing proposals across the organization.
- Manages new client pricing and terms approvals.
- Interacts with teams to determine pricing of new solutions
- A bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
- Strong working experience in the industry or in another relevant position dealing with pricing and sales.
- Successful candidates often possess strong analytical and research skills with a keen eye for identifying opportunity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Effective reporting and presentation skills.
- Passionate about the value Clearwater delivers to clients.
- Proficiency working with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- SQL and database query experience (or desire to learn)
