    Summary


    Our client, a global law firm consistently ranked among the top firms in the world, is seeking a Business Development Analyst – E-Marketing to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, California.

    Please note that this role is eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

    The schedule is Monday – Friday 12:00pm-8:00pm PT.

    Responsibilities

    As a Business Development Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the firm's CRM platform, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the information


    Other key responsibilities include:
    Researching and completing profiles in the firm's CRM database; making recommendations regarding the system configuration and/or processes for data collection
    Partnering with lawyers and BD colleagues to leverage data and insights to win new business
    Ensuring the integrity of the data by processing duplicates and verifying information
    Exporting, analyzing, and reporting data for business development efforts; leading audit and data clean-up projects
    Partnering with lawyers and BD colleagues to leverage data and insights to win new business
    Working with Marketing Technology team and IT to prepare for various upgrades to the platform, including testing, documentation, and research
    Working on special projects as needed, including sending out email marketing campaigns using our e-marketing platform

    Qualifications

    Familiarity with large data sets, databases, and Microsoft Office programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    Experience in a Business Development or Marketing role with related analytical experience in a legal or professional services environment is preferred
    Experience responding to ad-hoc requests, developing analysis, and producing reports
    Experience with CRM platforms is preferred (InterAction, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce)
    Have very strong attention to detail, and the ability to work methodically
    Have solid communication skills, both written and verbal, including effective interpersonal communications and the ability to interact with people at all organizational levels
    Have a flexible, 'can-do' attitude

    Compensation


    Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment but will also receive a generous and competitive total compensation package.

    The salary range for this role is $70,000 – $85,000 and represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

    Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and location.

    Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance — and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.
