    Job Description:


    As a Senior Industrial Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing manufacturing processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

    You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement innovative solutions, and enhance overall operational performance.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Process Optimization:
    Lead efforts to analyze existing manufacturing processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies for optimization and cost reduction.


    Continuous Improvement:
    Drive continuous improvement initiatives through the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other best practices.


    Technology Integration:
    Evaluate new technologies, equipment, and automation systems to enhance productivity, quality, and safety within the manufacturing environment.


    Quality Assurance:


    Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, implement corrective actions, and maintain high levels of product quality.


    Cross-Functional Collaboration:


    Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to streamline production workflows, resolve technical issues, and support new product introductions.


    Risk Management:
    Identify potential risks and hazards within manufacturing processes, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.


    Training and Development:
    Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and production staff on process improvements, equipment operation, and safety protocols.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.


    Proven experience (X+ years) in industrial process engineering within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.

    Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, Simulink) and data analysis tools.

    Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical analysis techniques.

    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and organizational levels.

    Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant certifications is a plus.
