About The Mark Law Firm LLC: As a dedicated civil litigation firm focused on employment, consumer fraud, and personal injury matters, we take an honest approach serving as our clients' advocates. Primarily a plaintiff-side firm with some defense work, we are looking for a personable, hardworking Associate looking to handle cases from inception to trial. We take pride in our collegial, laid-back culture and provide both mentorship and training for Associates. We strongly support developing an Associate's book of business if they are interested in doing so. There is not a billable hour requirement.
