    Role Description

    This is a full-time role for an Associate Attorney at O'Connor Parsons, Lane & Noble LLC. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for a range of day-to-day tasks, including providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. This is an on-site role located in Westfield, NJ.

    Qualifications

    • Strong knowledge of law, particularly in the areas of employment law, personal injury and medical malpractice
    • Experience providing legal advice and conducting research
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective strategies
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Experience in trial advocacy is a plus
    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
    • Admission to the New Jersey State Bar
