Salary:
$100,000 - $200,000


Key Responsibilities:

Transactional Support: Assist in all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing of commercial properties.

Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of real estate documents, such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and other related contracts.

Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence, including title review, survey analysis, and coordination with third-party consultants.

Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing timely and insightful legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships.

Collaboration: Work closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure seamless and efficient handling of transactions.

Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations, and assist in managing any regulatory issues that may arise.


Qualifications:


  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
  • 35 years of experience in transactional real estate law, preferably with a focus on commercial real estate.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
