- Design/structure and deliver effective customer proposals
- Provide technical support for customers
- Work cross functionally to drive sales initiatives
- Identify key decision makers and cultivate relationships to ensure satisfaction and confidence in Hawkins products and services
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years of experience in chemical, manufacturing, distribution, customer service, or sales
- Strong presentation, oral, and written communications skills
- Strong personal skills needed to interact with customers all departments within company
- Ability to identify key personnel within accounts to further selling cycle
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to gain supplier and customer's trust and build strong relationships
- Driver's license in good standing
