This role demands a meticulous individual capable of navigating the intricacies of advertising multiple locations effectively, employing manual bidding strategies to optimize each campaign's performance meticulously.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Advanced Google AdWords and Analytics Utilization:


    • Leverage Google Analytics to its fullest, extracting detailed insights to inform our paid search strategies, ensuring a data-driven approach to optimize ad spend and ROI.


    • Set up and monitor custom dashboards and reports to track ad performance metrics, user behavior, and conversion tracking specific to each daycare location.

    Technical Proficiency in Campaign Management:


    • Manage, optimize, and scale our paid search campaigns on Google AdWords and Meta, demonstrating a robust understanding of platform-specific nuances and advanced targeting techniques.


    • Employ manual bidding strategies with precision to control costs while maximizing ad visibility and conversion rates.

    Multi-Location Advertising Strategy:


    • Craft and execute distinct, location-based advertising campaigns that consider the proximity of our daycare centers, ensuring targeted and effective reach to potential clients.


    • Use geo-targeting and demographic segmentation to deliver personalized ad experiences, enhancing engagement and lead generation.

    Ongoing Optimization and Reporting:


    • Conduct regular A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continually refine and improve campaign performance.


    • Deliver comprehensive performance analysis reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaign adjustments
