Our office is located in Morton Grove, IL and we are looking for a highly motivated
Central Supply Coordinator to assist the company in creating strong relationships with suppliers and maintaining the existing ones.

The Sourcing specialist's responsibilities include:

  • Maintain DME rental lists updated and determine which equipment should be purchased.
  • Coordinating purchase proposals for capital projects
  • Owning the endtoend PO to invoice process for all sourcing projects.
  • Review item substitutions and discontinued items submitted by suppliers.
  • Ensure timely completion of requests.
  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers.

Requirements:


  • BS in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or Economics _preferred Not Required_
  • Proficient in Microsoft products
  • Excel and Outlook
