    As a prominent law firm with a significant presence nationwide, we pride ourselves on our expertise and reputation within our specialized practice area. Currently, we have an exciting opportunity available as we seek to expand our team by hiring a Senior Legal Assistant. This role is pivotal in supporting our legal professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our firm's legal processes.

    Responsibilities for this role include:

    • Preparing court documents
    • Crafting legal paperwork like pleadings and discovery requests
    • Managing court deadlines, appearances, depositions, mediations, and hearings
    • Aiding in pre-trial preparations such as drafting trial documents and organizing exhibits
    • Coordinating with court reporters, translators, and experts as necessary

    Qualifications:

    • At least 1+ years of experience in Personal Injury litigation, Employment Litigation
    • Proficiency in calendaring
    • Familiarity with filing procedures, including e-filing
    • Prior experience in preparing deposition notices
