    Base pay range

    $140,000.00/yr - $155,000.00/yr

    This Senior Brand Director position is full-time and offers a hybrid work arrangement. We are currently exclusively considering residents of Los Angeles, CA, for this role.

    Your Expertise:
    Proven track record in conducting comprehensive market research and analysis to inform strategic brand positioning.
    Strong creative leadership and management skills, guiding the development of impactful brand assets that resonate with target audiences.
    Demonstrated ability to optimize brand campaigns through data-driven insights, driving measurable results and ROI.

    Your Responsibilities:


    Lead the strategic development of brand initiatives, conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and consumer insights.

    Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and messaging.

    Provide creative direction and guidance to cross-functional teams for the development of compelling brand assets, including print, digital, and social media initiatives.

    Oversee the implementation of brand campaigns, leveraging data analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive measurable results.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    Must have a portfolio showcasing your brand experience.

    A minimum of 10 years of experience in brand management, leadership/ management, and marketing strategy within the healthcare or regulated corporate industry is highly preferred.

    Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
    Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the healthcare industry.
    Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
    Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
    Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand positioning strategies.
    Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across departments.
