- Efficiently clean and restock all guest room areas following established quality standards using appropriate cleaning tools
- Address guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally within a reasonable time frame
- Report maintenance issues using the provided iPad
- Follow workflow guidance to meet daily assignment and production standards
- Assist in furniture rearrangement according to set standards
- Attend departmental meetings as required
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues
- Adhere to safety and quality standards when using equipment and chemicals
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
