- Perform clerical work and related duties for any Operations Support Jurisdictional Department as assigned.
- Clerk will handle and process all internal customer requests by face-to-face meetings, correspondence, telephone, or other applicable technology.
- Responsible for clerical functions in all Operations Support utilizing computer programs (including but not limited to STORMS, NJUNS, ARCOS, SAP, OMS, Microsoft Office).
- Travel to other platforms to perform clerical work when the Company determines the need.
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to operate office equipment such as computer, calculator, copier/scanner/fax.
- Type approximately 25 words per minute.
- Must have the ability to converse intelligently in a pleasant, understandable, and helpful manner with department staff, internal and external customers.
- Must be a legible penman, proficient in filing and office procedures, and must be able to assume responsibilities for routine clerical work.
- Must successfully pass the Clerical Assessment Test.
